I came to the Great Outdoor RV Park in Titusville, FL in January 2007. I lived in my motor home for a few weeks, and then I decided to look for a small home to purchase. I elected to retain a buyer's agent so that I would be represented by someone who would not have and exclusive legal or moral obligation to the seller.
Why did I retain Tina Ruzzo of coldwell Banker? Experience and serendipity were the principal forces. I had dealt previously with Coldwell Banker in Wisconsin when I was both buying and selling my lake home. My experience with that firm was completely satisfactory. When I called the Coldwell Banker office in Titusville, Tina serendipitously answered the telephone. That was certainly my good fortune. Tina not only represented me in a contractual manner, she did so with patience (as I looked at approximately 30 options to consider), honesty, and integrity. I relied on her heavily to advise me and to provide me with professional counsel on the quality of the homes, the fair market values, and the decision to make with regard to making an offer to purchase. Tina was a consummate professional. She also became a friend on whom I could rely to give me sound advice to guide me through the home-buying maze with complete success.
If I should start the process again of either selling or buying real estate in Titusville, FL area my first call would be to Tina Ruzzo at Coldwell Banker. I would still be able to draw on my experience, but I no longer would have to depend on serendipity.
